Amazing company with free inspections. I was afraid because I saw small cracks in my walls along the drywall tape seams and windows so I called CenTex. They came out the same week and inspected my house. I was pleased when they said it was very level (within half an inch) and I was experiencing settling to be expected with a newer (less than 1 year old) house build. The technician was very courteous, even calling to make sure he could arrive before his scheduled time, which worked great for me. The whole inspection on my small home took about 15 minutes and had results ready immediately. It is very generous of them to not charge for the inspection, even if no repair work was needed. I'll certainly be contacting CenTex if I ever have any concerns.

We accepted the bid from CenTex and work was to begin a few weeks later. They arrived as scheduled and were extremely efficient, polite and professional. Kept the work area very clean and made sure to replace and smooth out all areas when done. Would highly recommend.

I had a positive initial experience with CenTex Foundation Repair. Using their website, I easily scheduled an appointment and received a prompt response the next day, showing their commitment to customer service. However, it's worth noting that they currently have a four-week waiting period for estimates. While I understand these things take time, I opted to explore other options during this period. Other companies were able to accommodate my needs more promptly, leading me to make a decision before CenTex could provide their estimate. I believe if they can work on reducing this waiting time, it would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. Despite this challenge, I appreciate their responsiveness and hope they can improve in this area. My review stands at 3 stars, indicating my satisfaction with their service but acknowledging the room for improvement.

CenTex did some work on our home back in 2020. It was a good experience. Very professional, friendly and punctual. Unfortunately, they had to come back last month to perform some warranty work. However, they were very professional and responded in a timely manner. Nothing is perfect in this world. To me, what is important is how you handle these situations. I highly recommend CenTex.

Cen-Tex Foundation is an awesome company who does what they say they will. All of the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful and they perform great work. They only fixed what was needed and the cost was way lower than any other company I received an estimate from. Thank you Cen-Tex Foundation for making my house happy again!

Some of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. We have used them in the past and it was exactly the same STELLAR service. From the person at the office I believe her name was Megan, she super kind and assured me that my concerns were valid and it was no problem to have someone come check foundation. The gentleman that came out to check our foundation was very informative and gave me peace of mind that all was good as well as letting us know what signs to look for cracking foundation. He even offered tips. We used them when we first purchased our home and now after the crazy drought we wanted to be sure all was good. I highly recommend them over and over. Trustworthy, loyal and professional.
